Ingredients
  

Variation 1:

  • 1 cup whole milk yogurt
  • 1 cup mango pulp or 1 cup of sweet, fresh mango pieces
  • 1 cup ice chips
  • 1 pinch cardamom powder *
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or sweetener **

Variation 2:

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup mango pulp or 1 cup of sweet, fresh mango pieces
  • 1 cup ice chips
  • 1 pinch cardamom powder *
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or sweetener **

Instructions
 

Variation 1:

  • In a blender, combine the whole milk yogurt and the mango pulp (or mango pieces).
  • Add sugar or sweetener.
  • Add a cup of ice chips.
  • Add a pinch of cardamom powder.
  • Blend to a smooth consistency.

Variation 2:

  • In a blender, combine whole milk instead of yogurt with the mango pulp.
  • Add sugar or sweetener.
  • Add a cup of ice chips.
  • Add a pinch of cardamom powder.
  • Blend to a smooth consistency.
