Tomato and Yogurt Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • ½ teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 small green chili, minced
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste (Lawry’s salt preferred)

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together with the yogurt.
  • Taste for salt.

This dish goes well with Biriyani, Chapati, etc.
